**About the team**:

You will be joining the Liquor Technology team and will be working on some exciting projects within the liquor digital team.

**About the role**:
As a Support Analyst you are the 2nd level escalation point for any technical problems within liquor technology team. You have a customer first approach and high level of pace and urgency when resolving technical issues to ensure our customers experience mínimal disruption to their shopping experience.

**About you and your skills**:

- Assist technical analysts and development teams on root-cause analysis and problem rectification
- Works effectively in a team through sharing knowledge, checking for understanding and impact of success
- Coordinate with Coles IT teams to investigate system issues and provide effective resolutions

Identify areas of improvement in current procedures and ideas to work more efficiently
- 2+ years support experience in a complex environment.
- Ability to handle tasks with competing priorities efficiently
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to resolve complex issues
- Drive continuous improvement
