**About the Team**
- Overflowing with expertise, Group Services keeps MYOB highly tuned and up and running. Made up of several specialised teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we’ve dotted our I's and crossed our T's

We are looking for an Analyst with a particular interest in supporting our SME Retention Team with data driven insights into subscription churn, feature adoption, and retention activities. You'll be the kind of person who will use your passion and skills for data and analysis to empower and enable teams and leaders across MYOB to be truly customer and data-led.

You will influence, champion and lead stakeholders on how teams can build value from data to meet commercial objectives and key results.
- Please note that this is a 12mth fixed-term contract with potential to extend or become permanent_

**What will keep you busy...**:

- Work with the SME Analytics & Insights team to solve and support data and analytics requests
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics as requested by stakeholders
- Support Strategic Analytics projects related to customer retention and feature adoption
- Develop and maintain key data artefacts including dashboards, data products and data pipelines
- Ensure data integrity is maintained and appropriate testing, quality checks and validations are done
- Support a continuous focus on driving the data & analytics culture

**What we'd love to see from you...**:

- Experience in delivering analytics through data pipelines, exploration, interpretation and presentation
- Exposure to customer retention analytics, especially in a Software or Subscription organisation (this is a **must**)
- Experience using SQL to answer complex commercial questions
- Some experience using visualisation tools such as PowerBi
- Experience working collaboratively with digital teams and solid understanding of SaaS is highly desired
- Experience with data lifecycle/ governance standard methodologies and a continuous improvement approach
