- Great attitude and willing to learn from a knowledgeable team
- General gardening/grounds maintenance knowledge to include mowing, hedging, trimming, irrigation and bin maintenance.Current Manual Driver's License
- Ability to work within a small team or autonomously
- Empathy with seniors and excellent communication skills
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practicesGeneral Computer skills
