We have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly motivated and driven Internal **Sales - Inbound Coordinator** to join our Sales Team.

**About The Role**

As an Internal Sales - Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our current customers and taking inbound customer service calls.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Taking inbound calls and orders from our existing customer base
- Managing your customer account portfolio by providing quotations and processing order requests
- Data entry of accurate and up-to-date customer information in our internal CRM system
- Proactively working within your portfolio of customer accounts to ensure you exceed their expectations
- Turn opportunities into action through understanding client needs and providing solutions

**What We Are Looking For**

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales. You will also own the client journey, acting as their trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- Proven background in customer service
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Intermediate Level - MS Office Suite & CRM systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Highly energetic, motivated and proactive
- Individual who truly enjoys building long-term customer relationships
- Team player who loves working in a highly collaborative environment
