We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team at
**AIP in Wetherill Park.**

**Being the first point of contact** for the branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end.

**What your day looks like?**
- **Provide** customer service
- counter sales and via phone.
- **Attend **to general and sales enquiries.
- **Assist** with pick packing orders.

**Who are you?**
- **At least 6 month - 1 year experience in customer service/ sales industry.**:

- **The ability to multitask** and priorities your workloads
- **Computer literacy** at an intermediate level
- Pronto experience is highly desirable although not essential
- **Good communication** and written skills
- **Team player to support** other areas when required
- Experience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
