**What will you be doing?**

As a Level 3 On-Premises Infrastructure Support Specialist at Chamonix IT Solutions, you will be a senior member of our support team, providing expert-level guidance and resolutions for complex on-premises infrastructure challenges. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in providing advanced support for on-premises infrastructure technologies.

**How will you help contribute to our success?**
- Provide advanced technical support for complex on-premises infrastructure-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
- Lead investigations and diagnoses for intricate on-premises infrastructure problems, collaborating with Level 2 support and other teams to resolve challenging issues.
- Take charge of on-premises infrastructure-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement strategic corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of advanced on-premises infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their advanced on-premises infrastructure requirements and provide strategic technical support.
- Have an in-depth understanding of advanced on-premises infrastructure technologies, including server management, networking, and storage solutions.
- Proficient in leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex on-premises infrastructure-related issues.
- Ability to lead collaborative efforts with Level 2 support and other teams to address intricate on-premises infrastructure challenges.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to work closely with clients.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Certification.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
