**About the role**:
As an Administration Assistant, you'll be the "First Point of Contact" for the residents and work closely with the Community Manager and various internal and external stakeholders to help ensure the smooth running of the community. You'll provide administrative support and have a customer-centred approach to your work and ability to connect with the residents. We are looking for an Administration Assistant that thrives off engaging with people from all walks of life, is timely and organised in administrative duties, and wants to work within a role and community that puts a smile on their face. Located in beautiful Peregian Springs in the Sunshine Coast, you will be working in a one of a kind community.
- **This is a permanent part-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:00pm (30 hours p/w).**:

- You'll be able to bring your true colours to create a real world impact on the lives of residents at the community.
- You'll interact with various internal and external stakeholders from residents and visitors, to contractors and fellow Aveo colleagues.
- You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the community via general administrative tasks such as updating resident information, maintenance of data entries, preparing welcome packs and induction etc.
- You'll complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide vital support to them in their absence.

**About you**:

- Orientated towards a natural want and need to show care and provide assistance to our residents.
- Experience in an Administration or Receptionist position (essential).
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (essential).
- Experience in a customer-facing environment (such as Retirement Villages, Tourism, Corporate Office or Hospitality).
- A passion for building on resident customer satisfaction and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at once.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritise work to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you).
- Received a minimum of two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination (essential).
