**Corporate Services Coordinator**

The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) has the public responsibility of managing one of the largest and the most successful stadiums in Australia and the world - the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The MCG is host to more than 70 major events annually, attracting over four million patrons and visitors.

The MCC is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Corporate Services Coordinator** to join the Commercial Partnerships team. Reporting to the Corporate Relationships Manager, this newly created role will provide high-level administrative support and play a key role in the delivery and servicing of annual corporate suite holders, premium hospitality offerings, partner and client functions, and the MCG Network.

Key duties within this position include, however, not limited to
- Provide administrative and account support to corporate clientele, including casual hospitality bookings and annual suiteholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of casual suite match day experiences, including room setup, ticketing, catering orders, and oversight of MCC-managed suite hosts.
- Deliver portal support for annual suite leaseholders.
- Facilitate non-match day suiteholder visits and experiences.
- Manage financial and contract administration for the Commercial Partnerships team, including processing and issuing invoices for annual leases, casual bookings, and MCG Network memberships.
- Support the preparation and submission of annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests.
- Organise and deliver at least three key MCG partner and client functions annually
- Collaborate closely with the broader Commercial Partnerships & Sales team to ensure exceptional client experiences and ongoing business success.
- Complying with MCC OH&S requirements and take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others, including patrons, contractors etc., who may be affected by their actions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reliable team player, with keen attention to detail, that knows how to multi-task and prioritise their workload in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will also need to demonstrate the following:

- Strong administrative capability, previous experience with invoicing or contract systems.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to take direction from multiple channels.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Willingness to help and take lead when called upon.
- Flexibility and availability to work on-site at approximately 10 event days per year (on a rotating roster basis) which includes after hours, weekends and public holidays,
- Willingness to deal with urgent client enquiries outside of business hours, which can relate to ticketing or stadium access matters.
- Interest in sports and event industry is preferred.
