SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for experienced Training Facilitators to join our People & Culture and Financial Crime teams to support a multi-year business transformation program.

**_ About the role_**

**_ About you_**

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field, coupled with prior experience in training facilitation, preferably within highly regulated environments. You be experienced in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms with be preferred, as well as experience with compliance training and regulatory requirements. Training certifications will also be highly regarded, particularly Cert 4 TAE. Working in the People & Culture function, you will also possess the below strengths:

- High level of professionalism, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail as well exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, personable and can build rapport easily with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- A willingness to aid and support with a sense of urgency, including the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to flex and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
