With many milestones already achieved, we continue on our exciting journey and have a new exciting opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist that has developed a passion, connections and the knowledge within the Software or IT related industries.

The day at Inlogik may include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine their resourcing requirements.
- Preparing and publishing job descriptions and create advertisements.
- Utilising your experience in being resourceful to fulfill open and planned positions.
- Manage part of the onboarding process and conducting security checks on all prospective employees and associated administration.
- Participating with internal security audits.
- Participating with HR related projects.
- Their knowledge with Technology - programming languages, testing tools etc.
- Prior experience in delivering on-time projects or resource activities.
- Experienced in working with and exceeding goals and targets.
- Experience in resourcing across different geographical regions.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Their team player approach and how they communicate across all levels of the business.
