**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a proactive, organised, and experienced **Clinical Administration Lead** to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions that support our national aged care services.
This is a newly created leadership role, reporting to the **Executive GM of Clinical & Customer Strategy**, and is critical to ensuring the delivery of seamless clinical operations — from clinician onboarding and credentialing to workflow oversight and project support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily clinical admin operations alongside the Practice Management team.
- Oversee onboarding, credentialing, rostering, and regulatory compliance for our national clinician workforce.
- Implement and maintain systems for documentation, Medicare records, AHPRA, CPD, training, and insurance compliance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and support workflow automation in collaboration with tech and ops teams.
- Provide strategic support on workforce scaling, service model enhancements, and data reporting.
**What You’ll Bring**
Demonstrated experience in healthcare or clinical administration (general practice, aged care, or similar).
Strong leadership and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
Hands-on experience in clinician onboarding, rostering, and compliance management.
Confidence with digital tools (Microsoft 365, CRM/HRIS systems, telehealth platforms).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Understanding of Medicare processes and medical credentialing is highly regarded.
**Desirable (but not essential)**:
- Experience as a Practice Manager, Team Lead, Registered Nurse, or Senior Administrator in a clinical setting.
- Qualifications in health administration, business operations, or practice management.
- Previous work with GPs or specialist clinicians.
