- Case Management of injured Veterans | Assess their mental health injuries using a variety of Assessment tools including Vocational AX | Write a Rehab Plan incorporating evidence-based interventions | Implement the Rehab or Redeployment plan in line with various Treating Medical Practitioners | Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and sustainable outcomes | Assist the Vets with job-readiness and job-seeking activities

- $80,000 Base + Super | Comprehensive Training program by in-house DVA Subject Matter Experts

**Team**:

- Multidisciplinary, inclusive and collaborative Allied Health Team ofOT's, Physio's, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists and Social Workers

- Mitchelton | Modern, well-appointed offices
