Support Worker - Participants located across Brisbane, Inala and Logan

**Your Role**:

- Support daily routines at home and in the community of our participants.
- Assist with domestic tasks and life skills.
- Foster independence, confidence, and social connections.
- Provide companionship and transport.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- Current Police Check and 100 points of ID.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License.

**Job Type**: Casual

Expected hours: 15 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
