**The Role**

As our Transaction Manager, you will leverage your commercial mindset as you deliver the EOI, RFP and subsequent evaluation, negotiations and award of:

- Consultant Service contract (engineering, environment and support)
- ECI Contracts for civil and electro mechanical works (EPC & OEM)
- Primary construction contracts for EPC Primary Supply and install contracts for OEM Primarily, you will work towards setting up contracts prior to being administered. You’ll advise on contract strategy and be instrumental in formulating contracting mechanisms to reflect our risk profile and the current market risk appetite. You’ll be responsible for identifying key risks and reviewing contracts to ensure appropriate risk provisions are in place and that the risk profile matches our strategic approach.

You will drive the end-to-end tendering documentation process - including developing the processes and documentation for EOIs, RFPs, evaluation strategies, plans and criteria. You’ll manage the Q&A, solution development and proactively manage and report on progress at interim and final award meetings.

You’ll ensure that the tendering and approval process aligns with project development gates and ensure that the tenders and contracts align with strategic imperatives on commercial objectives and outcomes.

**About You**
- Qualification in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar essential
- Previous experience in the same or similar role, with recent local experience of tendering and award of contracts in excess of $200 million is essential
- Experience in tendering complex hydro mechanical, electro mechanical, mining or oil & gas contracts is essential
