We are now seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Customer Experience in Move Management. This is a new position to support our government & corporate portfolio.

**About the role**:
As a Team Manager in the organisation you will be responsible for the service delivery for our Corporate & Government clients across a blended portfolio of domestic, export & import moving services in Australia & New Zealand. This leadership role requires you to oversee a team of Move Management Consultants (approx. 10 headcount) where you will support and monitor the successful completion of assignments within the client policy & contractual obligations whilst fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Additional duties include maintaining positive relationships with the Account Management teams, clients, third party suppliers and agents to achieve successful completion of the service product; drive development opportunities based on service reviews and feedback; conduct training and development of the Move Management Consultants to achieve desired customer experience levels; reporting on department performance and costs; day to day Leadership requirements
Note that this role will require someone who is able to travel when required.
Who are we looking for?
This role is suitable to a dynamic leader who is looking to achieve the best outcome for our clients. You will be adept in communication both as a motivator but as a point of escalation for conflict resolution. This role will require someone with knowledge of imports, exports & domestic of goods and have the ability to instruct staff on how to follow a set process.
**Position requirements include**:
- Previous experience in the freight/logistics industry, corporate relocation is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated understanding of imports, export & domestic freight movement
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing, motivating and developing a team
- Exceptional customer service focus and experience successfully servicing client needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including dispute & conflict resolution
- Internal and external relationship building and management skills
- Keen eye for operating efficiency opportunities
