Job Overview

The Team Leader is a key role within our organization responsible for managing a team to meet all departmental people management obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring staff to ensure they are competent in undertaking all tasks
  • Undertaking fortnightly processing/reporting on a rotating basis
  • Ensuring quality outputs and completing checking within designated timeframes
  • Managing escalations, preparing complex correspondence, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely advice
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Initiating, managing, and implementing payroll projects

Requirements
