**Position Overview**:
As an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of a wide range of electronic appliances and systems. Your role will involve hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and customer support, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Examine and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems to identify and diagnose faults or malfunctions.
- Adjust, repair, or replace worn and defective components, including circuit boards, wiring, sensors, and connectors.
- Maintain and service electronic equipment to ensure consistent performance and safety compliance.
- Reassemble, test-operate, and fine-tune equipment to confirm successful repair and functionality.
- Provide clear guidance and advice to customers on proper usage and maintenance procedures to avoid future issues.
- Keep accurate service records and report findings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade qualifications in electronics or a related field.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems and appliances.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
