- Manage and run security assurance testing capability including:
- Maintain a contracted panel of appropriately skilled security assurance testing vendors-
- Manage security assurance calendar and lifecycle of each security assurance activity-
- Manage the provisioning of resources required to perform testing-
- Liaise with internal and external customers/vendors to oversee and manage the required scoping demand, financial and legal signoff, scheduling, and access needs as well as ensuring vendor supply of reports in a timely manner for related BAU and Project activities-
- Advise stakeholders on security assurance outcomes and organise close out meetings-
- Produce regular and meaningful IT Security reporting- Assist in the uplift of the Information Security Assurance Framework and the Assurance Calendar- When required, assist the Senior Security Officer in security functions such as but not limited to:
- Perpetual’s Security policy and standards-
- Security Controls-
- Security Awareness-
- Audit and Risk Management-
- Responding to Security QuestionnairesTo be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Degree in IT or business, or equivalent knowledge and capability obtained from at least 2 years of experience in industry- While not mandatory technical industry certifications in IT security management such as CISSP, CISM are highly regarded- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences- Exhibit analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks is highly regarded- Strong attention to detail to ensure information is accurate and current-
- Project administration skills highly regarded
