**Detailed**:
As a Cyber Security Adviser, you'll help protect the organisation from cyber threats. You will lead a team to embed security norms and drive compliance within industry security frameworks.

Drawing on your expertise, you'll develop innovative and effective solutions to contribute to the organisation's security strategies. You will harness new technology and identify best practice methods to drive continual improvement while encouraging staff to achieve their potential.
- Extensive knowledge of the Information Security Manual, E8 maturity model and Protective Security Policy Framework and relevant industry security frameworks
- Understands risk frameworks, identifies risks to work programs and develops effective risk management strategies
- Keeps abreast of innovations, best practice and opportunities for long-term business improvements
- Collaborates and engages with business partners to provide specialist advice and drive the design and implementation of enterprise security strategies
- Is an excellent and influential communicator who tailors and presents highly complex technical information to various audiences, including senior executives
- Is an experienced and strategic leader who has managed and mentored staff within a team environment.
