**Recruitment Consultant - Life Science**

The position of Recruitment Consultant is a highly regarded and vital role within our organisation, the position comes with varied responsibilities and objectives.
**_Recruitment Consultant_**
**_Key Responsibilities_**;
- Client attraction strategies and quality lead generation within the Scientific job market (ANZ)
- Marketing and advertising campaign management
- Key Account Management and Strategic Account Consultancy
- Business Development and revenue growth, working with your own portfolio
- Working with our Management team to set personal targets and goals
- Work with the team to become a trusted advisor within the Life Science team for all matters relating to recruitment systems, philosophies, values, processes and procedures.
- Compiling detailed job briefs for advertising
- Creating targeted advertising and launching the ad across various online platforms
- General administration and upkeep of KE Select CRM System
- Further administration including reference checking and ensuring that all due diligence has been performed and up to date for all contractors operating under the Scientific Team.
**What you will need to succeed**
- Good commercial acumen and market knowledge within the Scientific industry
- A strong strategic mindset
- Able to be flexible enough to travel out to client sites and occasionally interstate.
