**Term, full-time vacancy up to 08/01/2025.**

The Station Support Officer is a role within Metropolitan Operational Services and as one of the first points of contact for the public visiting a police station will:

- Provide a professional customer service
- Answer caller enquiries, provide/record information and/or re-direct to the most appropriate officer or service provider.
- Respond to face-to-face station enquiries, taking of reports, recording of information and/or referring to the most appropriate officer or service provider.
- Undertake a broad range of administrative duties associated with the efficient operation of the police station.

**Special Conditions**
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Employees may be required to work non-standard hours including public holidays and weekends which may include being on a rotating roster.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
- Model ethical behaviour and practices consistent with the SA Government Code of Ethics for Public Sector employees and SAPOL stated values.
- Will be exposed either directly or indirectly to confidential and sensitive information.
- The incumbent will be required to successfully complete role specific training.

**Salary**
ASO2 -$58,709 - $63,154 per annum.
