Reporting to the **Quality Inspector**, the key objective of the position of the Quality Officer is to understand customer needs and requirements to follow quality control processes and the adherence of all quality assurance activities in order to meet our internal and external quality obligations as well as aiding the LEAN manufacturing employee, overseeing the creation of efficiencies and the reduction of waste.

This position will be responsible for the inspection and testing of components to ensure quality standards are met and continuous improvement of products and process results.
- ISO - Working with the Quality Inspector, assist with the certification process for ISO9001:2015 and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Testing and Reporting - Participate in internal audits, calibration of measuring equipment according to best practice, generate reporting and conduct regular analysis on our quality systems to continuously improve, create real time efficiencies, the reduction of waste and cost reductions to our manufacturing processes.
- Inspection - Inspect, approve, and reject raw materials received and record supplier performance. Inspect parts using Metrology equipment and CMM. Complete batch inspection reports as needed.
- Work effectively with the Quality Inspector, fellow employees and customers in identifying and resolving quality problems.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
