We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to work within our busy and expanding manufacturing facility, located in Narangba Industrial Hub North Brisbane.

This role requires you to lead a team to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the factory and the employees excel in their areas.

**Duties of the role**:

- Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required targets
- Ability to train, lead and mentor a team within the factory
- Using hand and power tools
- General cleaning and preparation on the factory floor
- Preparing concrete precast moulds
- Following all Company WPHS procedures and policies

**Requirements of the role**:

- Forklift licence and operating experience required
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport essential
- Previous experience in a team leader role high advantageous
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving targets
- Have clear and concise communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve targets

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Team Leader: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
