**About the opportunity**
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Brisbane office in the position of
**Recruitment Resourcer** where you will provide recruitment support to our busy Queensland team.

Reporting to the Manager, Key Accounts your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Account Managers & Recruitment Consultants in conducting volume recruitment activities (including assessment centres)
- On-boarding and recruitment administration
- General administration duties as required

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in volume recruitment/ Assessment Centre methodologies
- Demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Very high attention to detail (compliance)
- A high level of computer literacy and keyboarding skills, specifically in **MS Word and Excel.**
