**The Job**:

- Sourcing and developing new contacts within new and existing businesses
- Consulting and offering solutions to clients regarding the acquisition of talent
- Structuring your day to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and metrics.
- Collaborating with the rest of the office to promote cross-sell opportunities
- Ideally you will already be in the recruitment industry and have a tenured background focused on technology recruitment. Alternatively you will be a sales professional who is commercially focused with an interest in recruitment and business development.
