**About the role**
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, informing recruitment strategies.
- Assist recruiters in client meetings to gather comprehensive job details.

**About You**

While prior recruitment experience is a plus, the driving force behind success in this role is motivation and passion. We're seeking individuals with demonstrated customer-service skills, impeccable phone etiquette and adeptness in prioritising workloads. With that said, whilst not essential, having exposure to Livestock, FMCG or Production industries will be highly regarded.

To be considered for the role, you must be able to address the following criteria:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Business / similar or Agriculture (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to think creatively and provide ideas to improve systems and processes.
