We are now seeking a driven and operations-loving team member to join our AU Design client and open their first Sydney Flagship Boutique.

**This exciting opportunity will offer you the privilege of working a Monday - Friday roster - a true rarity in our retail space**

Based in the ever-iconic Bondi Beach, this role will see you partner with the Boutique Managers to lead the store team to success, and visually emulate the brand vision & values.

As the Third In Charge/Stock Controller, you will be responsible to execute all operational activity to the highest standard, including stock management, replenishment, back of house procedures and support with VM.

This role will allow you to partner with the Boutique Managers to take ownership of the back of house space and think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore new ways to lead your team and store to success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Management team in driving the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI’s set by the brand are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
- Operational day-to-day processing of stock and stock management to maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant and fully replenished store.
- Execute operational excellence VM and back of house procedures.
- Transfers and consolidations.
- Learn and share product knowledge from features and benefits, sustainable impact all the way through to garment care.
- Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
- Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
- Ensure shop-floor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.

**We are looking for**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a 3IC/supervisor/stock management role.
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail.
- Have excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong business management acumen.
- Strong operational background with the ability to implement efficient processes.
- Previous experience with stock processing & management, back of house operations, replenishment, and/or visual merchandising.
- High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
- Available Monday to Friday, full-time
