About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic 3IC to join the team at our Sheridan Bondi Boutique.
- Reporting to the Store Manager, the role of the 3IC is to aid Store Management in effectively managing performance of all aspects of their Store. This includes management of labour, sales, product, merchandising and administration (including expenses) to ensure that predetermined targets and objectives are achieved
- It is the 3ICs responsibility to support Store Management to ensure Customer service levels are of the highest standard and that the personal presentation of the Team in their Store is appropriate from both an OH&S and professional appearance perspective
- In addition, the 3IC is responsible for acting as Store Manager in their absence
- This role is a training role, with the aim to move into an Assistant Store Manager role in the future
