About the role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer (PMLO) acts as a vital link between Practice Managers and the RACGP. You’ll manage communication channels, advocate for practice-based input, and help refine business processes and educational resources.
**As our Practice Manager Liaison Officer, you'll also**:
Facilitate two-way communication between RACGP and Practice Managers
Participate in planning, committees, and workshops
Contribute to system and resource development for GP training
Represent and advocate for Practice Managers in the AGPT program
Skills & Experience
Currently employed as a Practice Manager at an accredited AGPT training site
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience supporting registrars in the AGPT program
Passion for advancing the role of Practice Managers
