**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to lead our Planning team in delivering our Workforce Strategy. This critical position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation.
In this role, you will lead workforce planning and reporting functions, provide expert strategic advice to stakeholders, and foster collaborative partnerships across the organisation. Working closely with our management team, you will help drive high-quality outcomes aligned with our organisational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review, design and implement a Workforce Strategy to ensure resources are allocated effectively and aligned with business priorities
- Manage and mentor our team of rostering and scheduling team
- Manage and analyse complex data sets to identify opportunities for improving service delivery
- Ensure adherence to organisational tools, methods, and processes that underpin consistent and effective service delivery
- Support decision-making processes for annual planning, quarterly business reviews
- Prepare high-quality reports for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement
**About You**:
- 3 + years of management experience in a complex, multi-site organisation
- Expertise in workforce planning practices and strategies
- Strong analytical abilities to tackle complex challenges and deliver insights
- Experience leading workforce-related projects and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant degree qualification and a minimum of 3 plus years relevant experience as a senior specialist in workforce planning.
- Experience using workforce planning software
- Able to complete DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check.
- Driver Licence (C Class)
