**About the Role**
**TAFE SA** is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a **Lecturer in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration**. In this role, you will share your industry expertise to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging training that equips students with the skills required to excel in the air conditioning and refrigeration sectors. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future workforce and make a meaningful impact in vocational education.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and deliver lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, adhering to ASQA standards.
- Utilise e-learning platforms and technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry stakeholders to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and aligned with industry needs.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in air conditioning and/or refrigeration, particularly in commercial or industrial settings.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40116, or relevant trade qualifications.
- Expertise in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, refrigerants, and controls.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-learning technologies.
- Prior teaching experience and an understanding of inclusive teaching methodologies are preferred but not mandatory.

**Special Conditions**
- Out of hours work may be required and a flexible approach to the hours of duty is essential.
- Some Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
