**About the role**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is accountable for establishing, managing and maintaining relationships with builder sales and house and land managers and contributing to the continued development and growth of this important relationship and sales channel.
The incumbent will also provide management support to the Sales Manager - Developments and assist in delivering budget and forecast sales results across all Victorian development projects. This opportunity is a 6 - 9 month Maternity Leave contract.
Bringing your well-developed organisational skills and keen eye for detail to the role, your main responsibilities include:
- Expand marketing intelligence of built-form offerings through volume builder network.
- Facilitate regular supply of H&L packages across all DFC Estates.
- Liaise with builders and provide advice and recommendations to the business that will ensure Developments keep abreast of trends in lot typologies & future housing styles.
- Manage SLHC Releases across estates when applicable (sensitive to builtform outcome), including builder allocation, initial design review, pricing recommendation, marketing brief, sales launch and ongoing review to completion.
- Brief builders on new Display Village (DV) Opportunities, managing DV EOI’s, securing Builder participation and individually managing all DV contract negotiations.
- Work closely with the Design Review Panel (DRP) team with respect to Builder Approvals.
- Manage Display Village operations, manage and run DV PCG/Meetings/Reporting and work with marketing teams in all DV promotional activities.
- Provide ongoing support to DFC rollout of builder/developer portal.
**About you**
We are looking for positive and driven people. You will have a passion for delivering large scale projects and the coordination of stakeholder both internally and externally.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Experience in the residential land development industry.
- Demonstrated builder relationship experience.
- Demonstrated customer relationship experience preferred.
- Demonstrated exposure to housing and land development (urban design) trends.
- Sound knowledge of residential subdivisions (plans of subdivision, engineering drawings, other technical drawings, development processes, titling processes, settlement processes).
- Sound knowledge of sales processes and regulations relating to land sales.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
