- _Publish and help other staff to publish webpages and assets in line with DCCEEW publishing processes and government style rules. _
- _Problem solve, triage and report on tasks and incidents in SharePoint Online. _
- _Prepare and edit online content._

**Who we are**
The Enterprise Systems Section sits within the DCCEEW IT Branch of the Finance Division. Enterprise Systems has 3 main functions it provides for the department. A web function, an information management function, and a cloud services function. This role is focused on supporting the web function. Whilst the majority of work will be in support of the intranet it is anticipated there will be opportunities to get involved with external websites and other activities across the section.

**The Job**
- Publish and assist other staff to publish webpages and assets in line with DCCEEW publishing processes and government style rules.
- Triage and report on tasks and incidents.
- Incident resolution related to file uploads, sites not accessible, content publishing issues.
- Create websites from templates and customise functionality.
- Create surveys/online forms to meet document specifications.
- Create and customise workflows within the WCMS.
- Embed videos and other digital media into webpages.
- Other tasks as directed.

**What we are looking for**

**Knowledge and experience**
- SharePoint Online (Modern),
- HTML,
- CSS,
- Microsoft Teams,
- Photoshop,
- Google Analytics,
- Browser-based developer tools would be highly valued.
- Experience using service desk management tools.
- Experience with web maintenance, finding and fixing broken links, running scripts to find and replace terms, adjusting search engine best bets and similar.
- An understanding of best practices and prevailing developments in web technologies, standards and requirements.

**Skills and capabilities**
- Demonstrated technical ability and problem solving skills within content management systems.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in publishing content which meets process and style requirements.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Experience using SharePoint Online Modern.
- An interest in writing high quality online content for government.
- A background in preparing and reporting on web analytics.

**Eligibility and other requirements**

**Citizenship** - To be eligible for employment with the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water you must be an Australian citizen.

**Security Clearance** - This position requires a Baseline Vetting security clearance. You will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
