Our projects business unit is proven in multi-disciplinary project delivery, with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield CAPEX or OPEX work packages. We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base and have recently been awarded a number of significant new projects. From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects.
**THE ROLE**
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Bids and Proposals Administrator to join our Pre-Contracts team. This full-time permanent position will be located at our Head Office and is responsible for:
- Assisting with proposal coordination in preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline to ensure all key milestones are adhered to
- Supporting the day-to-day tendering tasks including master document creation, customisation of submission documentation and resources database management
- Coordinating tender deliverables and developing tender delivery timelines, deliverables matrix and tender templates and key personnel CV generation
- Document management including management of all received electronic documentation and correspondence within the tendering inbox
- Tender drafting, graphic creation and final formatting
- Pre-bid activities - completing pre-qualifications & expressions of interests
- Maintaining accurate records of submitted tenders and post tender notifications
- Coordinate and incorporate input from bid managers and technical experts to ensure a consistent and coherent bid
**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to perform well under pressure and work to tight timeframes, whilst managing multiple submissions at varying stages of completion
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Strong analysis, MS Office skills, writing and editing abilities
