Receptionist

**We are seeking an experienced permanent full-time receptionist to join our Ramsay Psychology Private Practice Clinic in Coolangatta, on the QLD Gold Coast.**

**About the role**

The Receptionist role will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings, and taking payment for appointments.

You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment.

This role will may also require you to work across our Southport clinic and Ramsay Health Plus Practices when needed.

**What You’ll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and the ability to create a positive first impression for our patients and their families each and every Experience in a receptionist’s role
- Experience working within the healthcare/medical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone.

**Remuneration**

On offer is a based hourly rate of **$26.85** + **superannuation based on experience level and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Our team at Ramsay Psychology Coolangatta is made up of degree-qualified psychologists, who are registered with APHRA and offer a wide range of evidence-based therapies.

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
