We are currently looking for a sales expert to work from our beautiful office in Sanctuary Cove.

We have a friendly, open, hard-working, high-performance culture and are proudly customer care obsessed. We are looking for the right person to help us take our number 1 position in the market to even higher heights

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow over the phone sales exponentially.
- Increase store sales by guiding our team with lead generation and providing strong follow-ups of instore leads.
- Hunger to develop new business opportunities and increase outbound lead generation
- Achieving a high conversion rate for all leads and meeting all KPIs.

About you
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills is a necessity to this role.
- An eye for detail.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence is paramount.
- Must be resolution focused, organised and thorough.
- Warm, bubbly and charming phone manner.
- The ability to build immediate rapport with sales leads, teamed with the ability to close these leads.
- Great intuition and a talent for quickly assessing someone’s needs over the phone.
- The ability to connect with a broad demographic of customers.
- A strong drive for collective achievement and success.
- High level of competency in the use of social media, computer systems and programs is advantageous.
- We have the flexibility for a Part-Time or Full-Time position, but require the availability to work at least one day over the weekend.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sanctuary Cove, QLD 4212: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
