Are you a skilled Construction Planner with experience using P6?
**TEN Recruitment **have teamed up again with one of our loyal clients who deliver remote construction projects for major mining clients.

**Your Key Responsibilities would be**:

- Utilise your P6 skills to develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyse and understand project requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed project schedules, ensuring they align with project objectives and deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks, proactively providing solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings, providing timely updates to the project team.
- Monitor and analyse project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Planner, ideally with P6.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards. Ideally you’ll have previous remote project experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address project challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project schedules and budgets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable.
