**The Impact You'll Make;**

The Equipment Department of the Offsite ANZ business is a key player in providing cutting-edge equipment and services to empower our Frame and Truss customers, enabling them to optimize productivity. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabrication Equipment Technician (FET) to join our dynamic team.

As a Fabrication Equipment Technician, you will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering the Equipment Department's on-site service strategy. This includes preventive maintenance programs, mechanical services, refurbishment of existing equipment, and installation of new machinery. Your focus will also involve continuous personal, team, and customer development in the latest machine and software technology.

**About You;**
- Document PMP customers' equipment service requirements, considering preventative maintenance, safety, and end-of-life considerations
- Oversee and inspect PMP activities to ensure alignment with the planned schedule and quality standards
- Accurately diagnose and document the root cause of machine faults, recommending repairs and specifying required parts and service time
- Provide Pryda fabricators with comprehensive technical support, offering innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with the Equipment Coordinator to develop equipment project quotations and detailed project planning
- Execute and/or supervise equipment installation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
- Maintain advanced knowledge of truss manufacturing equipment and associated automation software
- Assist customers in maximizing production output through training in Pryda software and equipment
- Facilitate training programs on equipment software and production techniques as per the planned schedule
- Develop and facilitate Pryda Certified Equipment program

**Qualifications/Experience Required;**
- Relevant engineering/trade/software qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar engineering/manufacturing equipment service role
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft, LogMeIn Rescue, and TeamViewer
- Proven ability to network and build strong professional relationships
- Ability to present complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated drive, passion, and commitment to achieving results
- Strong planning skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and spend time away from home
- Working knowledge of Pronto (highly desirable)
