To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company policies, strategies, and objectives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments execute policies effectively to achieve business goals.
- Assess market trends and industry developments, making necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
- Work closely with department heads to optimize operations, manage financial resources, and oversee sales and HR functions.
- Approve and monitor major policy implementation programs and budget allocations.
- Represent the company in official meetings, negotiations, industry events, and public forums.
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and present them to the company director.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols, regulations, and compliance measures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and adhere to legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide feedback to employees to enhance individual and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, pursue leads, and negotiate contracts to expand the company's project portfolio and market presence.
- Oversee financial, sales, marketing, HR, and other specialist operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10+ years of senior management experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward achieving corporate goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to interact with clients, suppliers, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, responding effectively to business challenges and market changes.
- Experience in financial budgeting, sales, and market expansion is highly desirable.
