**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Oceanfreight Export Coordinator to join our team in Westmeadows. In this role, you will support the Global Forwarding division and be responsible for processing ocean export shipments accurately and on time, meeting both business and client-specific KPIs. Your main focus will be maximizing profitability while adhering to legal requirements, TGF's HR Policy, and Standards of Behavior. You will coordinate road, rail, and vessel movements, prepare necessary documents, ensure Customs compliance, liaise with shipping lines for bookings, and communicate effectively to meet customer expectations.

As the Ocean Freight Export Coordinator, you will:

- Receive/confirm bookings from Shipper’s.
- Arrange transport with relevant road carriers.
- Confirm and book shipments with preferred carriers and register shipment in CargoWise1.
- Lodge EDN / PRA / VGM ensuring compliance.
- Produce all necessary export documentation.
- Source shipping rates and allocation of space from preferred shipping lines.
- Maintain organisation details in CargoWise1.
- Ensure profitability.
- Branch KPI compliance
- Compliance to all relevant legislation, and company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years of experience in Export Sea freight
- Proficiency in handling Export declarations for Customs
- Ability to identify and explain obligations for hazardous goods (if applicable)
- Extensive knowledge of countries, capital cities, and major ocean ports worldwide
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain excellent customer relations
- Experience working with CargoWise1 - preferred
