**We are looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Understanding the reporting needs of stakeholders seeking Enterprise Technology Services related information for decision making forums or external reporting
- Define the structure and purpose of the various types of reports to ensure accuracy, relevancy and ease of decision making
- Implement a reporting framework that encourages the succinct capture of key information so that it can be easily retrieved for reporting
- Developing, producing and delivery regular and one-off management information to provide insights and aid decision making
- Facilitating understanding of data by displaying concepts, ideas and facts using graphical representations
- Analyse and interpret data in the right context and connecting and linking it to provide a holistic story
- Collaborate across the team to drive process and uplift and process improvement
**To be successful in the role you will bring**:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, preparing and delivery of reporting to senior internal and external stakeholders in the ICT space
- Experience working with data and data definitions to create information with appropriate context
- Proven experience in tracking, monitoring, and communicating progress of reporting deliverables schedule for respective forums
- Use of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint
This is a new role at Cuscal where you can define the role and work alongside senior leaders to work on some exciting initiatives. You will need to be a self-starter with experience in consulting or statistics and confident in your ability to analyse and present data. Experience working with financial risk and compliance or knowledge in the payments industry is highly desired.
