HYDAC, a major multi-national hydraulic components & systems manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and ambitious **Storeman** to join our Melbourne warehouse.

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to undertake various warehousing activities including assembly, lifting up to 15kg, pick/packing orders, receive/dispatch, loading/unloading, forklift driving and other general warehousing tasks. You will be working within a clean, modern and excellent warehouse environment, providing you with the opportunity to use the latest equipment and technology.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Forklift License - backed up with demonstrable forklift driving experience
- RF scanning experience would be beneficial
- Stock Picker license (LO) would be an advantage
- A good level of mechanical aptitude

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- High attention to detail
- Can-do positive attitude
- Reliability with a good work ethic and organizational skills
- Committed to ensure that tasks are followed through and completed efficiently
- Willingness to be “hands on” and fully involved in the production process as required

**EXPERIENCE**

Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial
