We are recruiting for a leading civil construction company that specialises in slipform kerb and channel, footpath, dish drain, edge strip and castellated kerb. They use the Gomaco GT3200 Paver with Topcon GPS to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

It is a permanent Concrete Kerb Crew Team Leader position overseeing the daily operations of our slipform kerb crews. You will be responsible for organising and coordinating the personnel, assets and material resources associated with the concrete division, as well as ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- A current NSW drivers' licence
- A WHS General Construction Induction Certificate
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience (field crew preferred)
- Previous concrete kerb slip forming & finishing experience

**Your main duties will include**:

- Placement of slipform kerb, to the highest standards
- Minimisation of concrete waste
- Planning and co-ordinating concrete deliveries
- Responsibility and accountability for a safe working environment, equipment cleaning and maintenance requirements
