**What You’ll Do**:

- Give every guest a warm welcome, show them to the best seat in the house, and set the tone for a great experience.
- Be a menu guru — know the specials, make recommendations, and talk up our wines like a pro.
- Take orders with a smile and deliver them just as guests imagined (or even better).
- Notice the little things — top up drinks, check in often, and make everyone feel at home.
- Keep the restaurant and event spaces sparkling, organised, and ready for anything.
- Work the POS, handle payments accurately, and upsell delicious extras when you can.
- Team up with the kitchen crew and your fellow floor legends to keep things running smoothly.
- Pitch in where needed — from setting up events to helping out at the Cellar Door with wine tastings.

- A clear, friendly communicator who loves a bit of banter with guests and the team.
- Quick on your feet — you solve problems calmly and keep things moving.
- Detail-obsessed when it comes to orders, service, and presentation.
- A flexible team player — you’re ready for breakfast shifts, dinner service, weddings, or big events.
- Comfortable using POS and following RSA & food safety standards.
- Have your own reliable transport to get to our gorgeous Yarra Valley estate.
- Have full working rights in Australia and can work weekends (because that’s when the fun happens).
