**A Sales Consultant at our Clearance Outlet, involves**:

- Being part of a high-performing team with the objective of consulting and educating our customers on the best kitchen, bathroom and laundry products for their specific needs and wants.
- Working in a fun environment with a strong team culture
- Facilitating the on-going customer journey from quotation through to the point of sale, keeping your finger on the pulse of the order delivery, installation, and following-up to ensure the customer is satisfied and well supported.
- Maintain & manage exceptional customer relationships.

**The Finer Details**:

- This is a full on site role located in Clayton
- The hours of work required are a rotating roster that can include 9:00am -5:30pm Mondays - Fridays
9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am -5:00pm on Sundays
- No late night trading
