- We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Nuclear Medicine team. This is a Part Time position. It is covered by the AMA Victoria-Victorian Public Health Sector-Medical Specialists Enterprise Agreement 2018-2021.
- You will report to the head of the Nuclear Medicine Service at RMH.

Your Opportunity:

- To work at a large tertiary hospital in the field of Nuclear Medicine, inclusive of PET amongst a multi disciplinary team of Nuclear Medicine Specialists, the majority of whom are dually trained.
- The Nuclear Medicine Specialist performs and interprets diagnostic studies, both imaging and non imaging as well as consult on and supervise therapeutic radioisotope treatments.

About You:

- Essential Knowledge and skills:

- Be registered Medical Practitioner in the State of Victoria and hold a current license to prescribe and administer radioactive substances to humans from the department of health (Victoria) Radiation licensing body.
- Recognized my Medicare as a Nuclear Medicine specialist and have a current provider number reflective of such.
- Hold a Fellowship of Joint Specialist Advisory Committee (JSAC) in Nuclear
- Medicine, and primary Fellowship of either the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) or equivalent
- Have appropriate training and experience applicable to the field of Nuclear Medicine, including PET. Experience and interest in radionuclide therapy is strongly encouraged.
- Have demonstrated commitment to high quality patient care.

- Have demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels.
