**Solution Designer - Unified Communications**

Hays has partnered with an Australian Telco business that works with large government department to provide unified communication solutions.

**Your new role**

We are seeking an Unified Comms Solution Designer to join their expanding team in NSW. They specialize in video conference set up and have recently seen a market shift from Cisco Webex to Teams. They are looking for someone who is well-versed in infrastructure requirements and solution design to work with existing and potential clients from pre-sale to post-contract with mobilisations.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with existing and potential clients to design infrastructure solutions
- Develop and present unified telecommunication proposals to clients
- Work post-contract with mobilisations
- Collaborate with our MSP and manage all technical aspects of infrastructure design
- Provide on-site support as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in infrastructure solution design or related field
- Strong knowledge of unified communication requirements and solution design
- Ability to work with clients to develop infrastructure solutions
- Proven experience working with video conference technologies, specifically MS Teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skill
