Property Maintenance/ Handyman

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Handyman Duties**:

- Conduct routine inspections of apartments to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing appliances.
- Ensure that all outdoor furniture, fixtures, and amenities are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

**2. Guest Interaction**:

- Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests when working in public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance with maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all residents and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman/property maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and manual labor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
