**About The Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality supervisor/managerfor a fast-paced plastics manufacturing company for our NSW site office.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
Your responsibilities, will include however not limited to:

- Check with schedule that SOP/specifications are available/current.
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for products in accordance with customer requirements. - Review product specifications vs SOP’s. (after 6 months vs actual product.)
- Ensure the correct SOP is at the machine. - Ensure QC laptop has up to date information.
- Develop system to record daily rejects.
- Coordinate status of products on ‘Hold and Released’ status to scheduler.
- Coordinate and/or conduct daily/Weekly/Monthly safety observation audits. (after 6 months) - Data entry of NCR in the internal register and generate monthly KPI reports.
- Data entry of training request and coordinate training requirements to stakeholders.
- Assist in the change management of current product to new requirements.
- Communicate relevant production and quality concerns to Quality Manager and Production Supervisor.
- Assist in providing training to process work staff - train new procedures and SOPs and report result to management.
- Conduct monthly HACCP verification audits and monitor site GMP requirements.
- Report all safety concerns to site operation manager.

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal skills working with internal staff and external customers
- Have previous Quality control experience
- Good communication skills
- Have excellent computer skills
- Experience in a wholesale or distribution business an advantage
- **MUST be fluent in English**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
