**About the Position**:
**The Health Club Coordinator reports to the Area Manager**: Health & Wellness and is responsible for the coordination of a team of Gym Instructors and Personal Trainers. This position is also responsible for member engagement and retention strategies as well as the monitoring of budgets, rosters and monthly reporting.

**Requirement of the position**:
Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and/or Certificate IV in Fitness and proven experience and achievement in the leisure industry.

Current AUSActive Registration

Employee Working with Children’s Check

Satisfactory National Police Check; and

Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
